Trust

Trust by construction, not by promise.

Quanta does not ask you to trust the repository. It makes every change checkable, attributable and reversible, and it holds AI to the same rules as everyone else.

Independence you can see

Whoever proposes, someone else approves.

Step through one change. The gate checks who is asking, whether that is a person or an assistant, and refuses anyone who is not independent of the proposer.

01 Propose

Ana drafts the change with Qubiq’s help. The package lists every affected relationship.

02 Validate

Checks pass

Rules, duplicates and completeness are verified before approval is possible.

03 Independence gate

Ana cannot approve

Neither can Qubiq. Ben, a different person with approval rights, reviews and signs.

04 Applied

One unit, on the record

Applied whole, linked into the audit chain, and reversible if circumstances change.

c41e → 8b02

Six guarantees

The same rules hold for every change, whoever or whatever proposes it.

Independent approval

The person who proposes a change can never approve it. Assistants and sponsors do not approve either. A different human does.

Validation first

Rules, duplicates and completeness are checked before a change can be approved, not after.

A tamper-evident record

Each audit record links to the one before it, so any alteration of history can be detected.

AI with limits

Assistants answer and draft. They cannot approve or apply a change, and their drafts are validated like any other.

Reversible by design

Applied changes are recorded as units that can be rolled back cleanly.

Evidence for every answer

Every answer from the assistant cites the records it used, so any claim can be traced back to its source.

Agents and their rulebook

Agents that work for you, inside rules you can read.

What exists, what each agent may propose and who must approve are written as governed content in the model itself, not buried in code. Change a rule and it goes through the same independent approval as everything else.

Hosting and data

Your data, where your obligations need it.

Choose a managed service operated by DocuFlow, or run Quanta in your own Microsoft Azure environment under your own controls. Either way, your model can be exported at any time.

  • Role-based access to what each person may see, propose and approve
  • A production and a non-production workspace in every plan
  • Source-code escrow available

Managed service

Hosting, operations, support and bounded AI use included. We run it; you use it.

In your Azure

Deployed into your tenancy, under your own network, identity and monitoring controls.

Assurance

Built to be assessed.

Quanta is designed so that an assessor can see how a change was made, who approved it and what it affected, without relying on anyone’s word.

We work with each customer on the hosting arrangement and independent assessments their obligations require, and we are open about how Quanta supports them.
